The Updater App didn't complete

This might happen if our server was under a heavy load at that moment, or perhaps some other internet error in between you and us. Simply re-run the V3 Updater App and it will pick up where it left off.
The app can be started like any other Windows program by double-clicking its icon, or you can even create a Windows Shortcut to it.
